Hi All!
This is my first time trying this out, so, please, give me a little break. First, I just want to say thanks to my lovely wife for pushing me into something I felt was difficult. Leave it up to the five foot giant, with a smile that will light up a room, to push me into a corner (she’s such a bully at times lol).
I know, I know…writing about what’s going on in your life, or something you may have watched, or the latest trending topic sounds so easy in these social times. To me, sharing intricate thoughts and what’s going on in my head is one of the most difficult challenges ever. I am an 80s baby, raised by traditional Caribbean parents. With that said, their special seasonings and spices in raising a boy into a man did not result in an eye-catching dessert. I don’t scream “Come look at me while I share all my thoughts with EVERYONE!” As much as I hate to say it, I am a little old school, very guarded; in short, a typical introvert. However, to be a good man, husband, and father, you must be able to face challenges. So, today, I am going to battle the “Big, Bad, Expressing Yourself, Feelings, and Sharing” situation.
